Victoria holds a BA in Political Science from Northeastern University. Victoria previously worked as a legislative analyst at the Massachusetts Municipal Association, on issues related to energy, environment, sustainability and transportation. She enhanced the association’s profile on climate issues, analyzing and weighing in on numerous policy proposals relating to clean energy and climate adaptation in Massachusetts. Her work also included collaborating with local officials to pass a climate policy resolution, developing best practice recommendations for cities and towns, and planning several successful workshops and forums on sustainability issues. At Northeastern, Victoria participated in the Hansard Scholars Programme in the United Kingdom, where she interned for a member of Parliament and conducted a research project on the European Union’s Common Fisheries Policy. She also had the opportunity to study abroad in Spain and Morocco, where she studied Moroccan culture and politics. She is the current chair of the WIN (Women’s Information Network) Environment Network.
