Anthony C. Roth
Anthony Roth counsels domestic and international clients regarding diverse complex commercial disputes and has led large multi-office teams in several forums simultaneously. His clients range from individuals, trade associations and nonprofit entities to start-ups through Fortune 100 companies. Mr. Roth has handled federal civil litigation and arbitrations involving patent, trade secret, employment restriction, and other issues and is a member of the International Trade Commission Committee of the Intellectual Property Owners Association. Mr. Roth has handled more than 100 disputes throughout the United States and has appeared in matters before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Federal Claims, six U.S. Courts of Appeals, numerous U.S. District Courts, the U.S. International Trade Commission, and international arbitrations.
Mr. Roth is proud to have developed strategies and conducted negotiations that settled dozens of disputes. Committed to providing legal services to pro bono clients, he works with numerous nonprofit organizations. In 2000, his Firm awarded him the Julie Noel Gilbert Award for Pro Bono Excellence.
